📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are handmade and packed with care in the woods of New Hampshire. We typically ship within 3–5 business daysof your order (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your package ships.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most packages arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping.

Delays
We’re not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or acts of nature (snowstorms happen). But we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked Delivered by USPS, ownership transfers to you. If your package goes missing, please check with your local post office or carrier first — they’re usually great at finding runaway soap.


💰 Refund & Returns Policy

Returns
Due to the nature of our handmade skincare and soap products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once items have been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return or claim is approved. Please allow a few business days for processing through your bank or card provider.

Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
